Shelton WebSPECTOR is a highly developed surface inspection system incorporating many unique and automated functions that allow ease of use, rapid product training and the ability to tackle the most demanding surface inspection tasks at high speed.
Support is provided with a remote internet connection which can also be adapted for access to inspection data by allowed third parties.

Inspection systems fitted to an existing process or as part of a purpose built web transport machine operating in factory conditions.
Inspection of deformable webs such as textiles, at high speed with subtle defects and patterned background and where a large number of different products are involved.
Defects can be classified in real time as part of the inspection process and reports analysed to reduce waste and re processing.
