Lambda was established in 1977 as a distributor of lasers and electro-optic products.  Over the years the portfolio has expanded to incorporate a growing range of Machine Vision equipment.  Their product range includes cameras, software, lenses, lighting and frame grabbers from leading manufacturers in the industry.  The company is part of the Polytec PI group, based in Germany.
